We are excited to welcome Bailey Plaster to the Blackrock Strategy team! Bailey joins us with an impressive background, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Memphis with a BS in Criminology and serving five years with the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Liberty, NC, including a combat deployment to Iraq.
Bailey’s expertise includes academic instruction and flight qualification for UAS operations, specialized heavy weapons training from the U.S. Army Infantry School, and recent experience as a federal police officer at Redstone Arsenal after graduating from the U.S. Army Civilian Police Academy. Additionally, Bailey has advanced breaching and close-quarters training from Tactical Energetic Entry Systems (TEES) in MS.
As a Project Analyst, Bailey will support program management for OUSD and U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), ensuring accurate tracking of cost, schedule, and performance metrics, coordinating test planning and data collection, and supporting government leads in analysis and planning. We’re excited to see the impact Bailey will bring to our team.
